Thank you for choosing Barymere LLC wedding dresses! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to protect you.

Return Policy

1. Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Requirements:
   The item must be unused, unwashed, and retain its original tags and packaging.
   Customized items, such as mermaid and A-line wedding dresses, that have been altered are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process:
   Please contact our customer service team via email at stephanie@barymere.com with your order number and reason for return.
   We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
4. Return Shipping:
   Returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments will be covered by us.
   In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s eligible for return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Method: Your refund will be credited back to your account using the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear after your bank or payment provider processes it.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, please first submit a return request according to the above return process, specifying the item you wish to exchange. You can place a new order when the new item is shipped.

Notes
Please include your order number and contact information in the return packaging so we can process it quickly.
Retain the return shipping tracking number to track the status of your return.
